Samaritans

Call 116 123 and you will be able to speak to someone immediately​

NHS 111 

Call 111 NHS out of hours - they will help you find the support and help you.

If you need urgent mental health support, call NHS 111 and select Option 2.

Emergency 999 

Call 999 now if you have already seriously harmed yourself. For example, by taking a drug overdose: ask for an ambulance or go straight to your nearest A&E. If you are feeling anxious about calling, ask someone else to call 999 or take you to A&E.
